Lasciarle macerare per il tempo di preparazione dei restanti ingredienti insieme ad un cucchiaio di zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;Nel frattempo, lavorare le uova con lo zucchero, aggiungere il burro fuso, la farina, il lievito, la vanilina.&lt;br /&gt;Il composto deve risultare abbastanza compatto. Aggiungere le fragole e distribuire il composto in sei stampini imburrati e zuccherati con zucchero di canna.&lt;br /&gt;Cuocere a 180 gradi per 18-20 minuti. Salare e pepare e aggiungere la pancetta cotta in padella a striscioline sottili. Aggiungere un uovo sbattuto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Scaldare una padella antiaderente e cuocere la metà delle patate cercando di formare un cerchio e cercando di schacchiarle il pi possibile in modo che si compattino bene.&lt;br /&gt;Cuocere da entrambi i lati e poi tenere da parte possibilmente al caldo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparare il filetto.&lt;br /&gt;Prima di tutto rosolare il filetto in ogni sua parte in padella in modo da "sigillare" la carne.&lt;br /&gt;Tritare le olive e i pomorodi secchi.&lt;br /&gt;Stendere la pasta sfoglia e dividerla in due parti uguali. Apoggiare una fettina di ancetta e sopra un po del trito di olive e pomodori adagiarvi la carne e sopra e aggungere una fettina di pancetta e ancora il trito. Secondo tentativo, il primo seguito alla lettera, secondo me mancava di un pelo di grinta, così nel secondo tentativo ho aggiunto una fettina di pancetta arrotolata aglio e pepe a testa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTI per 6 persone&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8 carciofi&lt;br /&gt;6 fettine di pancetta arrotolata aglio e pepe&lt;br /&gt;80gr di olive tagiasche denocciolate&lt;br /&gt;un cucchiaio raso di pan grattato cad.&lt;br /&gt;timo&lt;br /&gt;sale e pepe&lt;br /&gt;aglio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lasciare insaporire l'olio con lo spicchio di aglio e intanto pulire i carciofi tagliarli a striscioline e tuffarli in acqua e limone.&lt;br /&gt;A parte far cuocere la pancetta tagliata a striscioline sottilissime e metterla da parte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuocere i carciofi in padella (sale e pepe dice 10 minuti, ma i miei dopo 10 minuti erano ancora duri così ho fatto cuocere fino a che non sono diventati morbidi).&lt;br /&gt;A cottura ultimata aggiungere le olive denocciolate e leggermente tritate, la pancetta, sale, pepe e timo fresco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuocere la pasta ( in questo caso bigoli, sale e pepe suggerisce le castellane, al mio primo tentativo avevo usato le caserecce siciliane...ottime entrambe). Giovanni autorizzandomi a fare la recensione al sito, e così eccomi qui!&lt;br /&gt;Sito alla mano ho inizato subito a navigare e con mia grande sopresa ho trovato una grande vairetà di prodotti primi fra tutti i &lt;a href="http://www.lacompagniadelcavatappi.com/enoteca/vini"&gt;vini&lt;/a&gt; da particamente tutte le regioni!!ho anche fatto un salto nel reparto &lt;a href="http://www.lacompagniadelcavatappi.com/gastronomia"&gt;gastronomia&lt;/a&gt;.....gnam gnam cosa vedono i miei occhi....la marmellata di fichi d'india....must della colazione durante il viaggio di nozze in sicilia...ho fatto un salto anche nella sezione &lt;a href="http://www.lacompagniadelcavatappi.com/gastronomia/olio"&gt;olio &lt;/a&gt;al momento però completamente "prosciugata" spero verrà rifornita la più presto!&lt;br /&gt;Molto piacevole e la navigazione nel sito, prodotti ricchi nei dettagli!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;beh che aspettate!! justify;"&gt;Pulire i gamberoni, togliere l'intestino.
